About Two Birds Catering

Two Birds Catering Ltd,  established in August 2024, is a Hampshire-based, family-run catering company dedicated to transforming events with bespoke, festival-style dining experiences. Serving Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Berkshire, and surrounding areas, our team, led by founder Mark, brings over 30 years of culinary expertise to every occasion.

Mark’s illustrious career began with a decade of training in some of the UK’s finest restaurants, where he mastered the art of flavour and presentation. He later transitioned to contract and event catering, gaining a reputation for delivering exceptional food at high-profile events, from corporate galas to countryside weddings.

Our Founder’s Story

Mark, the heart and soul of Two Birds Catering, has spent three decades honing his craft as a professional chef. His journey began in bustling restaurant kitchens, where he trained under some of the UK’s most respected culinary talents.

After a decade of mastering fine dining, Mark ventured into contract and event catering, where he discovered his passion for creating bespoke menus for diverse audiences.
